Aasife Biriyani has created a lifestyle in the Biriyani Restaurant Business and has become an eating destination. Our locations are trendy, maintaining an international chic ambiance while at the same time achieving a fun and family friendly atmosphere. We now have 30 restaurants. We are expanding our brand to make it an international company with a strong foundation and team-centered in Trivandram.

Franchise Fee: 5,00,000 – 10,00,000

Investment:  Starts from 25 Lakhs.

At the time of opening the working capital  Rs.5,00,000/- (five lakhs) the investor should have in their hand  for advertising and Provision expenses (chicken,mutton,vegetables,masala etc).

Through training is offered to all the category of staff from Manager, Unit Chef, Cooks, all Service Captain, Cashier, Steward & Utility for a month and can be more depending on the franchise’s will.

Training in our head office for one week to one month training is compulsory to all the franchise.

The term of office of the franchise agreement is five year.

Every five year the investor is bound to maintain the franchise Premises at his own expenses. Without the knowledge of the franchiser the franchise will not change the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

Any other matters as directed by the law from time to time.

If the investor wants to terminate the franchise agreement after one year the depreciation of 25% deducted from the balance amount payable 30 equal monthly installments through the bank.

If the investor wants to terminate the franchise agreement after two year the depreciation of 50% deducted from the amount, balance amount payable 30 equal monthly installments through bank.

If the investor wants to terminate the franchise agreement after three year the depreciation of 65% deducted from the amount, balance amount payable 30 equal monthly installments through bank
