OUR MODELS

• We are currently offering Franchise operated, and Franchise owned model with several categories to choose from. Samruddi Coffee offers a cafe type outlet, a drive-through type outlet and hybrid type outlet (drive Through and cafe). The above model serves customers in outlet sizing approximately from 150 Square feet to 500 square feet with and without customer seating.

Professional training for operation and Recipe preparation will be provided by samruddi. The training will be conducted in two phases, one will be provided at the Samruddi Headquarters and next one will be provided at the Franchisee place during the outlet opening.

STEPS TO BECOME PART OF SAMRUDDI FRANCHISE FAMILY?

Introduction

The first step in the process is knowing each other well. During the introduction part the customer will be given with the Brief history about the brand, outline about the samruddi mode of operandi, investment and hearing about customers information, interests and goals when they become the franchisee with us.

Assessment

Group of experts from samruddi start working on to find the financial capability of customer, interests, potential of franchise proposed area and financial background to backup operation for minimum period (incubation period) etc. Upon evaluating the above information, they will proceed with the Booking for the proposed area.

Booking & Agreement

Upon paying the franchise fee, the franchise proposed area will be booked on his/her name. A memorandum of agreement will be signed by both the parties.

Fixing the outlet Opening date

Within 15 days from the date of Agreement, the outlet opening dates will be mutually agreed by the Samruddi and the franchisee. The detailed action plan and checklist for both parties will be prepared and issued by samruddi on the same day.

Mobilization of Equipment’s, Complimentary ingredients etc

The list of items (equipment, complimentary Ingredients, gradn opening pamphlets etc) under the Samruddi scope of supply will be transported to the franchisee place at least 10 days prior to the opening date,

Finally, the Big day.  

Yes, finally it’s the outlet grand opening day, Prior to the opening, the samruddi professionals will run a digital marketing campaign for the franchised outlet, our field experts visit the outlets personally and will run through the first day checklist, stay with the franchisee and support them for various activities for the brief period.

How is the Outlet located selected for the Samruddi Franchise?

Samruddi field experts has years of experience in selecting the ideal location for any outlet. They will guide the franchisees with the step-by-step criteria for the right location and evaluate the franchise proposal.

How are the individual Outlets Designed and constructed?

Samruddi professionals will guide the franchisees with the design standards to customize the outlet. The typical outlet layout, typical 3D drawings and wall branding designs will be provided by the Design team. With the samruddi standard designs, the franchisees can get the construction done with any third-party integrators.

How is the training program works here in Samruddi?

In samruddi, our training and processes are based on over a decade of operation experience.  Hands-on training in Headquarters, and opening team on-site training.
